Charges waived to court April 10:

Nicole R. Kizina, 37, 810 Bell Ave., charged by Altoona police with conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 1100 block of 12th Avenue on March 20; and with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance at her residence Feb. 21.

Brian R. Smith, 60, 105 First St., charged by Altoona police with burglary, criminal trespass and criminal mischief on the 300 block of Fourth Street on April 3.

Stephanie J. Kearns, 31, 215 Kearns Road, Hollidaysburg, charged by Altoona police with simple assault and harassment on the 1500 block of North Fifth Avenue on April 7.

Tempra G. Claycomb, 20, 389 Main St., Apt. 1A, Manns Choice, charged by Greenfield Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property at Sheetz, 12604 Dunnings Highway, Claysburg, Feb. 21.

Jordan E. Dockett, 24, 43565 Ahlea Lane, South Riding, Va., charged by state police with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI and four summary traffic violations on I-99, Greenfield Township, Feb. 18.

Taylore S. Brantner, 22, 1500 Sterling St., Altoona, charged by Freedom Township police with theft by deception, retail theft and two summary traffic violations at Walmart, 200 Commerce Drive, Duncansville, Feb. 2.
