Korrina M. McCormick, 28, 715 Third Ave., rear, charged by Altoona police with accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property and one summary traffic violation on the 200 block of Eighth Street March 8. Summary traffic violation was moved to nontraffic court; other charge was dismissed April 24.

Thomas J. Downing, 35, 201 Second St., charged by Altoona police with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at Wingate Hotel, 909 Chestnut Ave., Altoona, March 14. Guilty plea entered to charge of possession of drug paraphernalia; other charge was dismissed May 1.

Alicia J. Kline, 29, 1250 Juniata Valley Road, Hollidaysburg, charged by Pennsylvania Office of Inspector General with three counts of fraud in Altoona Nov. 30. Charges were withdrawn May 1.

Quinten S. Patterson, 23, 1648 St. Francis Lane, charged by Altoona police with simple assault, disorderly conduct and two counts of harassment on the 200 block of Second Street on March 22. Guilty plea entered to charge of simple assault; other charges were dismissed May 1.

Johnny C. Benton, 21, 1067 Logan Ave., Tyrone, charged by Altoona police with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment on the 200 block of Second Street on March 22. Charge of harassment was moved to nontraffic court; other charges were dismissed May 1.

Michelle L. Bittner, 35, 306 12th St., charged by Altoona police with possession of a prohibited offensive weapon and one summary traffic violation at Third Street and Seventh Avenue on March 16. Summary traffic violation was moved to nontraffic court; other charge was dismissed May 1.

Jamell Morgan, 30, 400 Raphael Ave., Syracuse, N.Y., charged by UPMC Altoona police with terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and harassment and stalking at the hospital April 7. Charge of recklessly endangering another person was dismissed; other charges were held for court April 17.

Matthew A. Troxell, 31, 112 N. Hill St., Coalport, charged by UPMC Altoona police with possession of drug paraphernalia in OP1 on March 4.

Kyle B. Kagarise, 33, 1101 14th Ave., Apt. 1, charged by UPMC Altoona police with two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and harassment at the hospital April 5.

James M. Strunk, 52, 209 Walnut Ave., charged by Altoona police with false identification to law enforcement authorities, DUI and five summary traffic violations on the 500 block of Sixth Avenue on Feb. 14.

Jeffrey E. Charles, 46, 909 Pleasant Valley Blvd., charged by Altoona police with strangulation, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at his residence April 15. Charges were waived to court April 24.

Charles L. Rodgers, 43, 2223 Beale Ave., charged by Altoona police with conspiracy, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 900 block of Sixth Avenue on April 16.

John M. Bezilla, 20, 21110 Cornerstone Drive, Yardley, charged by Altoona police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 200 block of College Park Drive on April 16; and with dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, five counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 200 block of College Park Drive on April 17.

Corina M. Pfahler, 48, Blair County Prison, charged by Blair County Sheriff’s Office with flight to avoid apprehension on the 200 block of Fifth Avenue on April 18.
