The following sentencings were filed in Blair County Court. Although some cases may be more than a year old, the Mirror publishes them in the interest of complete reporting.

The following defendants were placed on Disposition in Lieu of Trial or Punishment for a period of 12 to 36 months and ordered to pay a $40 per month supervision fee as well as all statutorily imposed costs of prosecution:

Rebecca N. Levinson, 34, 108 Cranberry St., Apt. 108, Tyrone, charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance, filed by Altoona police Oct. 14, 2016; and with same charges filed by Altoona police Nov. 16, 2016; and with same charges filed by Altoona police Oct. 25, 2016.

The following defendant was placed in the Intermediate Punishment Program for a period of 60 days to 60 months, and will pay costs of the program and complete 25-50 hours of community service:

Adam E. Knab, 37, 154 Bermuda Lane, Woodbury, charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol by Blair Township police Sept. 21, 2017.

The following defendants pleaded guilty to charges listed and were sentenced as shown:

Angel Moore, 40, 110 Second Ave., Altoona, sentenced Sept. 28, 2018, to a $100 fine for endangering the welfare of a child, filed by Altoona police Aug. 23, 2017.
