The following defendants pleaded guilty to charges listed and were sentenced as follows:

– Michael Cavender, 63, 620 Old Mill Lane, East Freedom, sentenced Sept. 3, 2013, to driving under influence, highest rate of alcohol, BAC 0.173 and ordered to jail 90 days – six months by Freedom Township police April 18, 2013.

– Shawn Debartolome, 43, 15243 Dunnings Highway, East Freedom, sentenced Sept. 17, 2013, to DUI, highest rate of alcohol, BAC 0.241, fined $1,000 and ordered to jail 72 hours – six months by state police April 14, 2013.

– Heather Killinger, 30, 230 E. Beech Court, Altoona, sentenced Aug. 17, 2015 to disorderly conduct, fined $25 and placed on six months probation by Altoona police Jan. 13, 2013.

The following sentencings were filed in Blair County Court. Although some cases may be more than a year old, the Mirror publishes them in the interest of complete reporting. They are not available until they are sent by a judge to the Prothonotary’s Office.

The following defendants were placed in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for six to 12 months on the charge of DUI, and some to lesser offenses. Each will pay a $375-$650 program fee, complete 25-100 hours of community service and have his or her license suspended for 30-90 days:

– Ronda R. Roberts, 48, 727 Tilden Place, Virginia Beach, Va., for DUI, filed by Altoona police Feb. 14, 2013.

– Stephanie L. Forcey, 23, 310 S. Front St., Philipsburg, for DUI, filed by Altoona police March 2, 2013.

– Danny Adams, 63, 399 Beauty Line Drive, Salix, for retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed by Logan Township police March 27, 2013.

– Phillip D. Irvin, 49, 705 Irvin Lane, Williamsburg, for indecent exposure, open lewdness, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed by Williamsburg police March 10, 2013.

– John Watson, 44, 1217 Second Ave., Duncansville, for DUI, filed by Hollidaysburg police March 16, 2013.

– Gregory Maslanik, 52, 332 Wild Goose Road, Tyrone, for DUI-general impairment/incapable of driving safely and DUI-highest rate of alcohol, filed by Tyrone police March 9, 2013.

The following defendants were placed in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for three to 12 months for the charge of DUI, and some to lesser offenses. Each will pay a $375-$600 program fee, complete 25-100 hours of community service and have his or her license suspended for 30-60 days:

– Lorraine Y. Schimminger, 58, 148 Devon St., Hollidaysburg, for DUI-general impairment, filed by Allegheny Township police June 15, 2013.

– Katherine R. Musselman, 26, 1620 Bell Ave., Altoona, for DUI and possession of controlled substance-not registered, filed by Altoona police June 15, 2013.

– Shawn M. Romagnino, 31, 604 Beaver Dam Road, Hollidaysburg, for DUI, filed by Hollidaysburg police June 15, 2013.

– June Linda Lafferty, 34, Martinsburg, for theft by deception and false check, filed by Freedom Township police March 24, 2013.

– Roberta LaDawn Charles, 34, 106 E. Walnut Ave., Altoona, for DUI-general impairment, filed by Altoona police July 4, 2013.

– Patrick L. Kurtz, 21, 1201 N. Juniata St., Hollidaysburg, for DUI, BAC 0.163 percent, filed by Hollidaysburg police July 17, 2013.

– Kelly Jean McCorkle, 48, 1716 First Ave., Altoona, for DUI, BAC 0.205 percent, filed by Altoona police Aug. 9, 2013.
