— Jeffrey A. Shoup, 36, 1921 11th Ave., Altoona, was charged by Altoona police with possession of drug paraphernalia, pedestrian under the influence and public drunkenness on the 1200 block of Mill Run Road, Altoona, Oct. 26, 2014. Charge of public drunkenness was moved to nontraffic court, and other charges were withdrawn April 30.

— Thomas P. Bradley, 20, 109 Oxford Road, Landsale, was charged by Logan Township police with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, disorderly gathering and a liquor violation by a person less than 21 years of age on the 1600 block of Campus View Drive, Altoona, Feb. 21. Charge of disorderly gathering was moved to nontraffic court, and other charges were withdrawn April 30.

— Alexander S. Kopcho, 19, 107 Oxford Road, Lansdale, was charged by Logan Township police with disorderly gathering and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 1600 block of Campus View Drive, Altoona, Feb. 21. Charge of disorderly gathering was moved to nontraffic court, and other charge was dismissed April 30.

— Christian D. Carr II, 23, 4 Hull Drive, Edison, N.J., was charged by state police with six counts of furnishing liquor to minors and certain persons and three counts of liquor violations by a person less than 21 years of age in Logan Township Jan. 23. Charge of liquor violations by a person less than 21 years of age were withdrawn, and other charges were waived to court April 30.

— Cody J. Koeck, 18, 310 Fourth Ave., Altoona, was charged by Allegheny Township police with retail theft, receiving stolen property and one summary traffic violation at Target, 153 Sierra Drive, Altoona, April 2. Charge of retail theft was moved to nontraffic court, and other charges were dismissed April 30.
