Community health needs assessment launched
The Conemaugh Health System, The United Way of the Southern Alleghenies, 1889 Foundation and the Center for Population Health have launched a comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessment to provide a foundation for improving and promoting the health of each community in Cambria and Somerset counties.
As part of this assessment, a 44-question community health survey will be distributed. The CHNA will be mailed to random households in both counties, sent out electronically and hard copies will be distributed to partner agencies. Responses for the CHNA are due back by June 6.
