A city man has died from injuries suffered in a motor vehicle accident Saturday, according to the Blair County Coroner’s Office.

Edward Heverly, 68, died about 7 p.m. at UPMC Altoona, after having been involved in a crash at the intersection of Broad Avenue and 31st Street in Altoona earlier Saturday evening, the coroner’s office reported.

An autopsy was scheduled for Sunday morning. Additional information was not released. The Altoona Police Department is investigating the crash.
