State police have issued a missing person alert for a Broad Top Township, Bedford County, woman who went missing Tuesday.

Amanda Allison, 29, of Six Mile Run, was last seen by her mother leaving her Water Street residence at 10 a.m. Tuesday. She got into a red or blue older Monte Carlo being driven by an unknown man with a dog. Between the time she was last seen and when the incident was reported, Allison’s sister saw concerning messages on her Facebook messenger account. Due to a previous incident on Monday, the family fears for Allison’s safety, police reported, and she was entered into NCIC as a missing person.

Allison is described as a white female with hazel eyes. She is 5-foot-4. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact state police at Bedford, 814-623-6133.
