Claysburg man facing more child sex charges
Sensibaugh arraigned on 59 felony counts
A Claysburg man detained in April for child sex crimes faces additional charges after footage was seized of him allegedly raping a 5-year-old victim, court documents stated.
Richard Scott Sensibaugh, 35, was arraigned Monday by Magisterial District Judge Andrew L. Blattenberger on 59 felony counts after further videos of his sexual acts were seized from his phone following a warrant, the criminal docket stated.
In the new charges, Sensibaugh is accused of raping a 5-year-old March 28 and filming the sexual acts, the criminal complaint stated.
Sensibaugh allegedly filmed 12 videos of the sexual acts, spanning
42 minutes, the report said.
Police said they also discovered a video with a second 5-year-old victim where he allegedly forced the child to tickle his genitals.
According to court documents, Sensibaugh engaged in sexual acts with the second victim March 31 and exposed himself to the child.
Sensibaugh allegedly told the victim he would provide her “a bunch of mints” if she engaged in oral sex with him, the complaint stated.
Sensibaugh was previously detained April 2 after the first victim’s mother discovered video on Sensibaugh’s phone of him sexually assaulting a 5-year-old child March 20.
Sensibaugh faces charges for rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child, child pornography and other charges.
Sensibaugh is housed at Blair County Prison after being unable to post cash bail of $500,000. He was previously detained in April on $200,000 cash bail.
He is to appear before Blattenberger on Aug. 5 for a preliminary hearing.
