Magisterial district judge

Filed before California Avenue Altoona Magisterial District Judge Matthew S. Dunio:

Hennessy M. Rosario, 21, 29 Gem Ave., Toms River, N.J., charged by state police with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and a traffic violation on Feb. 22, 2020. Guilty plea was entered to charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana; other charges were withdrawn May 21.

Loren M. Walck Jr., 33, 2205 Fifth Ave., Apt.¢, charged by Logan Township police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two traffic violations on Jan. 31. Guilty pleas were entered to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic violation; other charges were withdrawn March 19.

Courtney A. Haddock, 29, 2621 Fifth Ave., charged by Logan Township police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct on Feb. 4. Charge of disorderly conduct was moved to nontraffic court; other charges were withdrawn March 19.

George C. Heit, 36, 305 Bracken St., Johnstown, charged by Logan Township police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Feb. 15. Guilty plea was entered to charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana; other charge was withdrawn on March 19.

Charges dismissed March 20:

Vanessa R. Hangey, 33, 1181 Nicktown Hill Road, Northern Cambria, charged by Logan Township police with writing a bad check Feb. 2.

Charges held for court March 12 – May 21:

Tracey K. Serrano Jr., 32, 224 Sixth Ave., charged by Logan Township police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on May 15.

Michael A. Stine, 37, homeless, charged by Allegheny Township police with DUI, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and three traffic violations on March 13.

Tyler R. Knapp Jr., 30, 775 Old Sixth Ave., charged by Logan Township police with terroristic threats, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person on March 13.
