Age and school: 15, Bellefonte Area High School
Family: Parents, Darren and Heather Little, sister, Paylin Little
FFA Chapter: Bellefonte FFA
Years involved with FFA: 1
Amount of time spent on FFA: Lots of long nights memorizing speeches and working with project animals.
FFA projects/activities: Public speaking and showing rabbits
Favorite FFA memory: My first (Career and Leadership Development Event) and getting to spend time with my chapter and my friends from other chapters
FFA accomplishments: Making it to regionals in public speaking
How has FFA prepared you for your future aspirations: FFA has helped me to prepare myself for bigger things in life by teaching me that hard work pays off and that it is also important to take time to enjoy the little things in life. It has helped me learn to cherish the memories I have made with my chapter and has driven me to work harder and continue to keep growing as a student and FFA member. In the future, I hope to have a career in the agriculture industry, hopefully working as a large animal vet or a professional barrel horse trainer.
Special thanks: I would like to thank my adviser, Mrs. (Myken) Poorman, for making me feel so welcomed in the chapter and for a wonderful first year in FFA.
