Ja Mei A. Weathers, 27, 3600 Seventh Ave., Apt. 22A, charged by Altoona police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and one summary traffic violation on the 1800 block of 14th Avenue on April 20.

Jahlil C. Williams, 19, 1111 Fifth Ave., charged by Altoona police with robbery, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and terroristic threats at 15th Street and Fifth Avenue on April 21.

Charges waived to court May 29:

Buffy J. Eckenrod, 44, 2007 Eighth Ave., charged by Altoona police with strangulation and simple assault at her residence on April 19.

Kevin J. Belardi, 45, 325 Second Ave., charged by Altoona police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 3500 block of Fairway Drive on Oct. 24; and with conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 3500 block of Fairway Drive on Oct. 4; and with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 3500 block of Fairway Drive on Oct. 11.

Bernardo A. Moreno, 23, 405 Leslie Ave., charged by Altoona police with criminal attempt, three counts of indecent assault and simple assault on the 1600 block of 17th Avenue on March 12.

Daniel L. Hughes, 36, 507 19th St., Apt. 4, charged by Blair County Sheriff’s Office with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at his residence on May 23.

Robert C. Corl, 21, 710 N. Sixth St., charged by Altoona police with loitering and prowling at nighttime on the 600 block of North Eighth Avenue on

April 14; and with same charge on the 400 block of Sixth Street on April 18. Guilty plea entered June 5.

Kevin A. Bowman, 44, 422 22nd Ave., charged by Altoona police with two counts of disorderly conduct on the 200 block of Maple Avenue April 21. Guilty plea entered to one charge of disorderly conduct; other charge was withdrawn June 5.

Justin D. Keller, 34, 1907 Fourth Ave., charged by Altoona police with kidnapping, rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, two counts of robbery, two counts of aggravated assault, unlawful restraint, stalking, possessing instruments of crime, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary traffic violations on the 600 block of Sixth Avenue on May 7. Charges were held for court June 5.

Charges waived to court June 5:

Lynnee L. Zajac, 31, 1911 Fifth St., Apt. 9, charged by Altoona police with retail theft at Martin’s Food Store, 200 E. Chestnut Ave., Altoona, April 11, 2018.

Scott T. Wilson, 34, 1405¢ Third St., charged by Altoona police with aggravated assault of a child, two counts of strangulation, endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault against a child, two counts of terroristic threats, simple assault, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of harassment at his residence on Jan. 29.

Crystal M. Stewart, 30, 930 N. Seventh Ave., charged by Altoona police with conspiracy, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 700 block of Chestnut Avenue on Feb. 27.

Kimberly L. Hileman, 50, 805 Fourth Ave., charged by Altoona police with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and harassment on the 1000 block of Seventh Avenue on Jan. 2.

Robert P. Jenkins Jr., 28, 205 First Ave., charged by Altoona police with four counts of resisting arrest and four counts of disorderly conduct at his residence on March 9.

Kimberly L. Hileman, 50, 1415 Rosehill Drive Ext., charged by Altoona police with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 600 block of 10th Street on March 27.

Charles R. Fagan, 38, 319 Willow Ave., Apt. 2, charged by Altoona police with nine counts of rape of a child, nine counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, nine counts of statutory sexual assault, nine counts of indecent assault of a victim under 13 years of age, nine counts of unlawful contact with a minor and nine counts of endangering the welfare of a child on the 300 block of Willow Avenue on April 17.

Jalan W. Archie, 23, P.O. Box 922327, Norcross, Ga., charged by Altoona police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 2700 block of Oak Street on April 24; and with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence on the 2700 block of Oak Street on April 24.

Bradley J. Carter, 35, 1401 Ninth St., Apt. 2, charged by Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General with acquisition of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, manufacture of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance at UPMC Altoona on Feb. 7.

Isaiah J. Sgro, 19, 27 Grandview Drive, Telford, charged by Penn State Altoona University police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Spruce Hall Parking Lot on April 10; and with possession of drug paraphernalia in Spruce Hall on Feb. 20.

Richard W. Tilson, 52, 912 22nd Ave., charged by Altoona police with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment on the 300 block of Seventh Avenue on April 26.

Tristan D. McLellan, 21, 201 College Park Drive, charged by Altoona police with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana on the 200 block of College Park Drive on April 17.
