Julio C. Guity-Lino, 33, 269 E. 194th St., Bronx, N.Y., charged by Allegheny Township police with access device fraud, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, May 14.

Adam K. Beard, 22, 130 Serena Lane, Duncansville, charged by Allegheny Township police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and four traffic violation, May 21.

Nahciera A. Marshall, 20, 294 Coal St., Wilkes Barre, charged by Logan Township police with two counts of forgery, two counts of theft by deception, possession of a small amount of marijuana and of drug paraphernalia and four counts of conspiracy, May 23.

Timothy L. Payne, 51, 509 26th St., charged by Altoona police with possession of drug paraphernalia at his residence on March 14. Guilty plea entered April 24.

Stanley H. Ryant Jr., 43, 2627 Walnut Ave., Apt. B, charged by Altoona police with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment and disorderly conduct at his residence on April 6. Guilty plea entered to charges of harassment and disorderly conduct; other charges were withdrawn April 24.
