James “Frankie” Rodgers gets 40-years-to-life in resentencing
The Altoona man convicted of murder in the 1988 stabbing death of Pasquale J. Lascoli of Altoona is no longer facing life in prison without parole.
James “Frankie” Rodgers, who was 17 years old at the time of the murder, will be eligible for parole in about eight years, based on a 40-years-to-life sentence handed down Friday morning in Blair County court.
