More than a dozen solo and ensemble ice skating numbers, a free 20-minute learn-to-skate lesson, plus a special public skate and a visit by Santa Claus highlight the third annual Winterfest at Galactic Ice Rink on Saturday.

The Winter Iceskapes! skating recital begins at 3 p.m. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for 18 and younger.

Following the recital, Galactic Ice is offering free, 20-minute lessons during a learn to skate session.

Later that same evening, the public skate with a visit from Santa Claus offers special admission of $2 to anyone with an Ice Show ticket stub. Normal admission is $9 and includes skate rental. Public skate runs from 8:30 to 10 p.m.
