Police: Man sold pot, THC wax to informant

An Altoona man faces charges after state police say he sold THC wax and marijuana to an informant last year.

Gage A. Robley, 22, of 512 Third St., was arraigned Tuesday morning on felony and misdemeanor drug charges stemming from two alleged sales to a state police informant in September 2018.

According to charges filed before Magisterial District Judge Andrew Blattenberger, Robley is accused of selling a gram of THC wax to an informant in Claysburg on Sept. 5, 2018. The price of the THC wax was $50.

On Sept. 19, 2018, Robley allegedly sold a gram of THC wax to an informant along with an eighth-ounce of marijuana for $95.

Robley was released following his arraignment on an unsecured $25,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 19 in Martinsburg District Court.
