Malcolm P. Foor, 52, 1416 Third Ave., charged by Altoona police with terroristic threats, simple assault and possession of a weapon at his residence on March 7.

Alaina C. Hewitt, 30, 2220 Eighth Ave., second floor, charged by Altoona police with conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 3500 block of Fairway Drive, Oct. 24; and with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance at her residence on Oct. 29.

Alaina C. Hewitt, 30, 39 Mansion Blvd., charged by Altoona police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 2200 block of Eighth Avenue Alley on Oct. 2.

Demetrius F. Piner, 20, 1424 18th Ave., charged by Altoona police with theft from a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and a liquor violation a by person less than 21 years of age on the 1400 block of Washington Avenue onJan. 18.

Thomas D. Walck, 34, 911 Second Ave., charged by Altoona police with accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property and one summary traffic violation at Pleasant Valley Boulevard and South 27th Street on Feb. 10.

Clifton L. Yost, 41, 218 Water St., Hyndman, charged by Altoona police with indecent assault and harassment on the 3500 block of Fairway Drive on Feb. 15.

Nichole S. Soyster, 46, 362 Chandelle Drive, Martinsburg, charged by Altoona police with two counts of acquisition of a controlled substance by fraud, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of theft by unlawful taking and two counts of receiving stolen property at Hillview Chateau, 700 S. Cayuga Ave., Altoona, on May 12.

Devin M. Snyder, 21, 1916 Union Ave., second floor, rear apt., charged by Altoona police with theft by unlawful taking, theft from a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property on the 2800 block of West Chestnut Avenue, March 3; and with flight to avoid apprehension, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at his residence on March 4.

Richard P. Kuiawa, 78, 2111 16th Ave., charged by Altoona police with three counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 16 years of age, aggravated indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors and four counts of indecent assault of a person less than 16 years of age at his residence on March 7, 2007.

Alesia M. Yingling, 41, 1133 Poland Ave., Altoona, charged by Freedom Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property at Walmart, 200 Commerce Drive, Duncansville, on Aug. 23. Charges were dismissed Feb. 21.

Allen N. Bridges Jr., 42, 4051 Cortland Road, Apt. 1, New Paris, charged by Freedom Township police with illegal operation of a motor vehicle without ignition interlock and one summary traffic violation on the 1500 block of Johnstown Road, on Oct. 9. Summary traffic violation was moved to nontraffic court; other charge was dismissed Feb. 28.

Ryan A. Lasher, 28, 332 Bedford St., Claysburg, charged by Greenfield Township police with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance on the 300 block of Bedford Street on Dec. 17. Guilty plea entered to charge of possession of drug paraphernalia; other charges were withdrawn Jan. 17.

Travis W. Cobler, 24, 421 Poplar St., Roaring Spring, charged by Roaring Spring police with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and three summary traffic violations on North Woodbury Pike on Jan. 1. Guilty plea entered to charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary traffic violation; other charges were withdrawn Feb. 7.

Simon E. Albright, 21, 31 W. Corydon St., Bradford, charged by Greenfield Township police with possession of drug paraphernalia and misbranding of a controlled substance at Martin’s, 185 Arden St., Claysburg, on Jan. 7. Guilty plea entered to charge of possession of drug paraphernalia; other charge was withdrawn Jan. 17.

David W. Tipton, 41, 128 Nagles Court, Ebensburg, charged by Roaring Spring police with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct on the 300 block of Locust Street, Roaring Spring, on Jan. 12. Charge of disorderly conduct was moved to nontraffic court; other charge dismissed Feb. 14.

Patrick J. George, 29, 159 Bem Road, Gallitzin, charged by state police with possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI and five summary traffic violations on Old Route 22 on Dec. 23. Charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was waived to court; other charges were dismissed Feb. 28.

Jamie T. Barnes, 46, 270 Allen Lane, Duncansville, charged by Greenfield Township police with criminal trespass, simple assault, strangulation, two counts of disorderly conduct and two summary traffic violations on the 100 block of Penndale Avenue, Claysburg, on Feb. 19. Charges of simple assault and strangulation were held for court; other charges were dismissed Feb. 28.

William M. Shaner, 50, 882 Kepshire Road, Patton, charged by Freedom Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property at Johnstown and Cream Hollow roads, East Freedom, on Nov. 11. Charges were withdrawn Feb. 7.

Ferdinando J. Belardi, 72, 139 Belardi Drive, Williamsburg, charged by state police with unsworn falsification to authorities on the 3900 block of Cove Mountain Road, Taylor Township, on Sept. 29. Guilty plea entered Feb. 14.

Charges held for court July 12 – Feb. 21:

Darren J. Reed, 25, 521 Poplar St., Roaring Spring, charged by Roaring Spring police with two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person at his residence on June 19.

Stephanie M. Baxter, 35, 2513 17th Ave., Altoona, charged by Freedom Township police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct at Walmart, 200 Commerce Drive, Duncansville, on March 17.

James M. McIntyre, 50, 1822 28th Ave., Altoona, charged by Greenfield Township police with criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and burglary on the 900 block of Bedford Street, Claysburg, on Dec. 12.
