Hollidaysburg state police

James Bywater, 40, Bedford, was arrested April 30 on June Drive in Taylor Township and charged with DUI.

Brittany Bender, 26, Altoona, was charged with theft-related charges for an alleged incident May 2 on Burns Drive in Tyrone Township.

Angela Burkey, 40, Alum Bank, was charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia May 3 after a crash at Polecat Road and Dunnings Highway in Greenfield Township.

Troopers are investigating a burglary and theft that occurred between 7 p.m. April 9 and 11 a.m. April 10 on the 100 block of Hundred Acres Lane in Taylor Township.

Jordan Smith, 21, Johnstown, was arrested May 11 on I-99 in Alleghany Township and charged with DUI.

Tori Mease, 39, Altoona was arrested May 12 on 16th Street and Washington Avenue and charged with DUI.

A black Honda Civic ignition key was stolen April 14 at Hometown Market in Bellwood. Anyone that locates the key or has information is asked to call Hollidaysburg state police.

A hit and run on May 15 in Logan Township on northbound I-99 near mile marker 33.1 is under investigation. A vehicle was struck by a large dump truck with a red cab. Anyone with information regarding this crash is asked to contact Trooper Erik S. Dividock at 696-6100.

Logan Township police

Aidan Walters, 19, Hunting­don, was arrested April 27 for allegedly stealing a jacket valued at $125 from Macy’s in the Logan Valley Mall.

On May 10, Logan Township police responded to a motorcycle/pedestrian accident on the 500 block of West Plank Road. Police determined the pedestrian failed to yield the right-of-way to traffic while crossing West Plank Road. The pedestrian was transported to UPMC Altoona for moderate injuries and was cited for crossing at other than crosswalks.

Clearfield state police

Jeremiah Wisor, 29, will be charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on May 10 at Reno Street and East Fifth Street in Clearfield Borough.

A single-axle trailer with black sides and diamond plating on the floor and tongue was stolen May 11 from a residence on the 1100 block of Stronach Road in Penn Township. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Clearfield state police at 857-3800.

A mirror glass to a T-top Corvette that was left by FedEx was stolen April 18 from a residence on the 9900 block of the Curwensville-Tyrone Highway in Clearfield County. Anyone with information about the incident is requested to contact Trooper Rickerson at 857-3800.

Bedford state police

Michael Wolf, 31, Schellsburg, will be charged with theft after he allegedly stole $212 from Omni Hotel Pro Shop on May 6 in Bedford Township.

Noris Preis, 33, Claysburg was arrested April 12 on Route 220 near Landmark Road in Bedford Township and charged with DUI.

Seth Robosson, 36, Bedford, was arrested May 8, after allegedly shoplifting a car radio from Walmart in Everett. Robosson was placed in the Bedford County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.

Ryan Zelanko, 20, Saxton, was arrested on April 25, between Saxton Road and Wall Street in Liberty Township after a traffic stop for several alleged traffic violations and charged with DUI.

Daniel Taddy, 34, Columbia, was arrested on April 28, on I-70 in East Providence Township and charged with DUI.

A woman attempting to ob­tain a personal loan on May 13, in Woodbury Township was scammed and was contacted by Instaloan stating they gave too much money and needed the excess amount back in Google Play gift cards valued at $1,390.

Rockview state police

Fredrick Hazel, 37, Philipsburg, was charged on April 15 with possession of drug paraphernalia after a vehicle stop between McGuirk and Walton streets in Chester Hill Borough.

Michael Cook, 28, Philipsburg, and Samantha Earnest, 27, Osceola Mills, were arrested on April 30 between North Centre and East Laurel streets in Philipsburg and charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Keith Pinter, 38, Coalport, and Ashley Storm, 25, Madera, were arrested on May 1 and charged with methamphetamine possession and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on Loch Lomond Road and North Richard Street in Rush Township, Centre County.

Ryan Bloom, 31, Wallaceton, faces charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from an incident April 30 between Alton and Ray streets in Chester Hill Borough, Clearfield County.

Huntingdon state police

Copper wire was cut and removed on May 11 from a residence on Hundred Springs Road in Warriors Mark Town­ship. Anyone with information is asked to contact Huntingdon state police at 627-3161.

Tyrone Borough police

Craig James Hazelett, 34, and Chelsae E. Mehalick, 31 both of Tyrone, were arrested on May 9 on 1100 block of Logan Avenue. Hazelett and Mehalick were involved in a physical altercation that started on the 1000 block of Logan Avenue and ended at the 1100 block of Logan Avenue. Drug paraphernalia was allegedly found on Hazelett, and he is being charged with simple assault, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. Mehalick is accused of simple assault and disorderly conduct.
