McAllister, 35, 1117 21st Ave., Apt. 2C, Altoona, charged by Altoona police with conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 700 block of Fifth Avenue March 5; and with same charges on the 700 block of Fifth Avenue March 8.

Robert J. Dawson, 34, 1211 Logan Ave., Apt. 1, Tyrone, charged by state police with making a materially false written statement and unsworn falsification to authorities at Old Pike Gun Shop, 5 Bald Eagle Pike, Snyder Township Nov. 17, 2016.

Jesse J. Strayer, 26, 133 Champion Court, East Freedom, charged by Altoona police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 200 block of Sixth Avenue Jan. 9; and with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property on the 800 block of Third Avenue Jan. 13.

Shannon M. McMonagle, 32, 505 Washington Ave., Tyrone, charged by Tyrone police with retail theft at Family Dollar, 215 Jefferson Ave., Tyrone, Aug. 15.

Jerome M. Banks, 51, 2604 Oak Ave., Altoona, charged by Altoona police with conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 3300 block of Beale Avenue Jan. 16; and with same charges at Sixth Street and Fifth Avenue Alley April 10.

Katrena E. Hambley, 30, 447 Broadway St., Rockwood, charged by Altoona police with conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance on the 700 block of Fifth Avenue, Altoona, March 28; and with conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 1100 block of 21st Street, Altoona, March 28.

Deborah E. McCaulley, 27, 121 Cranberry St., Tyrone, charged by Altoona police with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance at her residence April 18; and with same charges at her residence April 16.

Leonard W. Bonter, 49, 950 Washington Ave., Apt. 1, Tyrone, charged by Tyrone police with four counts of aggravated assault, four counts of simple assault and disorderly conduct at his residence Aug. 28.

Filed before California Avenue Magisterial District Judge Steven D. Jackson:

Nicolas J. Dubbs, 18, 1017 N. Fifth Ave., Altoona, charged by Logan Township police with theft from a motor vehicle, defiant trespass and disorderly conduct at Quality Inn & Suites, 3306 Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, Aug. 24. Charge of disorderly conduct was moved to nontraffic court; other charges were withdrawn Oct. 4.

Franklin D. Hoover, 76, 118 Heather Ave., Altoona, charged by Logan Township police with criminal mischief on the 400 block of Keystone Street May 31. Charge was dismissed Oct. 4.

Charges held for court Sept. 27:

Thomas C. Williams Jr., 51, 473 Second St., Windber, charged by Veterans Affairs police with seven counts of harassment and seven counts of disorderly conduct at the Van Zandt VA Medical Center, 2907 Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, March 2.
