New hires and promotions
Spencer Ebersole has joined the Teeter Group, Altoona, as a licensed insurance agent. This is Ebersole’s first role in the insurance industry.
He is a graduate of Bedford High School and the son of Mike and Natalie Ebersole of Bedford.
Natalie England of Roaring Spring has joined the Teeter Group, Altoona, as a commercial insurance agent.
A 1991 graduate of Central High School and a 1996 graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English literature, England brings a wealth of knowledge and a dedication to service and has 28 years of banking experience and 15 years with her PA Life, Health & Fixed Annuity licenses, as well as FINRA Series 663 certifications.
Anna Lynn has joined the accounting division at Keller Engineers Inc., where she will be managing the firm’s accounts receivable process.
Lynn is a graduate of Penn State University with Bachelor of Science degrees in accounting and business-marketing/management and has experience working as a finance assistant, recording data in state registration software and preparing bank contracts.

CEO Mike Price and President/Chief Revenue Officer Jane Grebenc of First Commonwealth Bank were named to Pennsylvania Business Central’s 2025 Top 100 People list, selected by a special board committee, for their outstanding leadership contributions to the coverage area of the PBC, which encompasses 23 counties in Central Pennsylvania.
PBC’s Top 100 People is a prestigious list of professionals and community leaders the publication has been compiling since 1995. Nominations were received from subscribers throughout the publication’s coverage area.
Mark Ledford, executive director of Celebration Villa of Altoona, was recognized as a runner-up for the “Ken Hook” Executive Director of the Year award at Priority Life Care’s 2025 Executive Director’s Symposium in Jupiter, Fla.
Ledford has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a results-driven approach at Celebration Villa of Altoona. His notable achievements include: Successfully opening and rapidly filling a new Memory Care unit to 100% capacity, consistently maintaining community census above budget expectations, exemplifying professionalism in challenging situations, proactively addressing issues and planning for future needs and supporting numerous transitions and training new executive directors across the organization.
