Area(s) of focus: The mission of WISE Women is to empower women and eliminate racism through collaboration, service and education. The organization provides grants to organizations and groups whose work advances our mission; provides educational scholarships to women who have overcome adversity; and recognizes outstanding area women at the annual Tribute Dinner.

What services or programs does your nonprofit provide? WISE Women gives grants to nonprofits who further our mission, and in the fall and spring, we grant post-secondary scholarships to women over the age of 21, who have overcome adversity or discrimination to further their education.

Upcoming event(s): WISE Women’s annual Tribute Dinner at 6 p.m. April 21 at The Casino at Lakemont Park and our spring scholarship deadline at 4 p.m. March 26.
