Courtesy to aid BG football
Courtesy Lincoln is raising money for Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School’s football program.
The dealership is trying to raise up to $3,750 through Lincoln’s Driven to Give program. For every person who joins a virtual tour of a new Lincoln at 1 p.m. or 5 p.m. Sunday, Lincoln will donate $25 to Bishop Guilfoyle’s football program.
To date, Lincoln dealerships across the United States have helped raise more than $11 million for local schools and nonprofits.

CNB declares dividend
The board of directors of CNB Financial Corp. has announced the declaration of a 17 cents per share of common stock quarterly cash dividend payable on Dec. 15 to common stock shareholders of record on Dec. 1.
The board also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.475 per depositary share, resulting from the corporation’s declaration of a $19 per share dividend on its Series A Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable on Dec. 1 for holders of record as of Nov. 17.
CNB Financial Corp. is a financial holding company with consolidated assets of about $4.7 billion. CNB Financial Corp. conducts business primarily through its principal subsidiary, CNB Bank.
