Chamber sets trip for 2021
The Blair County Chamber of Commerce is planning a trip for 2021 to several destinations within the United States,
On April 23-30, the trip will be “Bourbon, Bridles and Bluegrass,” which begins with a flight to Louisville, Ky., and includes visits to Lexington, Ashville, N.C., and Chattanooga, Tenn. The trip concludes in Nashville prior to flying home. That trip will be done with a partnership between the Chamber, Ketrow KURTZ Travel and Globus.
A virtual informational meeting will be held on at 4 p.m. Sept. 17. Registration is required to receive a link to the virtual event. To register, call Karen Kurtz at 695-1100.
Saleme Insurance recognized
Saleme Insurance, locally owned and operated out of Altoona and State College, has been awarded the Erie Insurance 2019 Elite Award in recognition of its quality service and growth across multiple insurance lines, including personal, commercial and life.
