Rutter’s to feed frontline workers a free meal

Rutter’s has teamed up with some of its top vendors for “Feeding the Frontline,” which will be a day to show appreciation for frontline workers. Because they’re on duty 24/7, on 7/24 frontline workers will receive a free meal at Rutter’s as a thank you for their hard work and dedication.

The meal will consist of a grab and go sandwich or wrap, a bag of chips and a regular fountain drink, which they can get at any Rutter’s location in Pennsylvania, Maryland or West Virginia. The offer is available to First Responders in uniform, medical or active duty military with ID, and Rutter’s store employees.

In addition, Rutter’s has partnered with the American Red Cross for the month of July and will be collecting money through their monthly Charity Cannister program to help support local Red Cross initiatives. Customers will be able to make monetary donations to the Red Cross at any Rutter’s location.

Further, from July 18 through 23, Rutter’s plans to give away $1,000 a day to different local charities supporting first responders, and on July 24, it will donate $5,000.
