Wine & Spirits stores reopen
Five Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores in Blair County will resume limited in-store sales starting today as the county moves to yellow status under the coronavirus mitigation program.
Two stores in Bedford and 10 in Cambria County also will reopen, the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board said. Five Clearfield and six Centre County stores have reopened.
Stores will limit the number of customers in a store at any time.
The first hour each store is open each day will be reserved for customers at high risk for COVID-19, including those 65 years of age and older. Customers and employees will be required to wear masks and practice social distancing.
CNB ends equity program
CLEARFIELD — CNB Financial Corp., the parent company of CNB Bank, has announced the termination of its “at-the-market” equity offering program with Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Inc. as sales agent. CNB elected to terminate the offering as a result of market conditions and to limit uncertainty and unfavorable dilution for its shareholders.
“When the economy shutdown overnight due to the COVID-19 pandemic and steps taken to mitigate its effects, the landscape changed immediately,” Joseph B. Bower Jr., president and CEO, said in a statement.
The official termination of the offering will be May 22.
