Veeder-Root names new president
Veeder-Root, a leading provider of fuel management technology, recently named Dave Coombe as company president.
In this role, Coombe will lead the global business to accelerate development of integrated site solutions serving the needs of distributor partners and end customers around the world.
Veeder-Root has a manufacturing facility in Duncansville.
Human resources managers to meet
The Human Resource Management Association of Blair County will hold an educational program on “Current Challenges in Compensation,” from 7:30 to 9 a.m. Feb. 19 at Park Hills Country Club.
The program will be presented by Kelly Shade and will provide attendees with a insight into compensation-related information on emerging best practices.
The cost to attend is $30 for nonmembers. There is no cost for association members. A buffet breakfast is included.
F.N.B. Corp. board declares dividend
The board of directors of F.N.B. Corp. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $18.13 per share on F.N.B. Corp.’s Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series E.
The dividend is payable Feb. 15 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Jan. 31.
The company has total assets of more than $34 billion and about 370 banking offices throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
