New hires and promotions
Charlotte Butler of Duncansville was recently named terminal manager for Titus Transport in Williamsport, Md.
Butler, who previously worked for Swift Transportation and Smith Transport, is the daughter of Thomas and Delores Butler of Martinsburg.
She is a graduate of Central High School and Saint Francis University.
Carolyn N. Graham has joined Barnes Saly & Co., P.C, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, Johnstown, as a full-time senior tax accountant.
Graham specializes in tax preparation for individuals, partnerships, corporations and not-for-profits and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that she gained from working at a large Pittsburgh-based accounting firm.
Michelle M. Arnold has joined Barnes Saly & Co., P.C, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, Johnstown, as a full-time accounting associate.
Arnold specializes in all aspects of payroll preparation and required filings, QuickBooks, financial statement preparation and analysis and client support. She will assist clients in both the Johnstown and Somerset offices.
Kristen Golia of Altoona has been hired as the Central Pennsylvania Community Foundation’s first director of marketing.
Golia, a 1994 graduate of Altoona Area High School, returns to Altoona from Philadelphia, where she had a successful career in arts management.
She also holds a bachelor’s degree from Clarion University in elementary education and early childhood development and a master’s degree from Duquesne University in instructional technology.
