Brenner Insurance, family owned and operated since 1919, has been acquired by Element Risk Management.

The staff will remain in their office on Allegheny Street under the new ownership.

“Honoring the legacy of those who built Brenner Insurance is a priority for us at Element Risk,” said Josh Heebner, Element Risk partner, in a statement. “The fact that we are able to keep the staff in place so that they can continue to provide the local service their customers value is a big win for everyone.”

Element Risk Management is an independent insurance agency based out of West Chester and provides personal, commercial and specialty insurance, as well as risk management solutions.
