PITTSBURGH

F.N.B. Corp. declares dividend

The board of F.N.B. Corp. declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per share on F.N.B. Corp.’s common stock.

The dividend is payable on June 15 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 31.

The company has total assets of nearly $34 billion and about 380 banking offices throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Skills recognized with award

Skills of Central Pennsylvania recently received a Gold Award for Health Leadership Excellence from Mainstay Inc., creator of the My25 wellness program.

Skills received the award based on its commitment to enhanced nutrition, preventive health and clinical health improvements in the people it supports, including body mass index, hemoglobin A1c, medication usage/dosage and acute care visits.

The program, used in many of Skills’ community-based homes throughout the region, helps the organization support people with disabilities who have health issues including diabetes, over- or under-weight, gastroesophageal reflux disease, lactose intolerance, allergies, gluten-free needs and difficulty swallowing.

PHILIPSBURG

UGI plans natural gas main project

UGI Utilities Inc. is beginning a natural gas main construction project in Philipsburg.

The project is part of the company’s Growth Extension Tariff Gas initiative designed to extend service to residents and businesses who currently do not have access to natural gas.

The natural gas main construction project will take place on East Pine Street between North Ninth Street and North 13th Street.

During construction hours, residents and commuters should expect delays and parking restrictions. Traffic will be restricted to one lane.

Construction hours are scheduled from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Flaggers will direct traffic in the area. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of May.
