The following defendants pleaded guilty to charges listed and were sentenced as follows:
Gene E. Muscatello, 33, 1400 Paint St., Windber, sentenced Oct. 22, 2018, to five years’ probation for retail theft, filed by Allegheny Township police, Nov. 9, 2017; one year of probation for retail theft, filed by Freedom Township police,
Nov. 22, 2017; and one year of probation for the same charge, filed by Freedom Township police, Dec. 11, 2017.
Duane L. Day, 37, 255 Pleasant Drive, Tyrone, sentenced Sept. 17, 2018, to one year less one day to two years less two days in jail, $500 fine and five years’ probation for aggravated assault, filed by Tyrone police, Dec. 8, 2017.
Charles L. Karns, 38, 180 Roadrunner Drive, Bellwood, sentenced Sept. 7, 2018, to $100 fine and nine months’ probation for possession of drug paraphernalia, filed by Bellwood police, July 11, 2017.
Christopher D. Dixon, 28, 315 Park Aly, Williamsburg, sentenced Oct. 29, 2018, to $200 fine and four years’ probation for simple assault, filed by Huntingdon police, Dec. 31, 2017.
Wilson V. Hileman, 57, 120 Cherry Blossom Lane, Hollidaysburg, sentenced
Sept. 7, 2018, to $100 fine and five months’ probation for possession of a controlled substance, and $200 fine for driving while license is suspended or revoked, filed by Hollidaysburg police, Oct. 26, 2017.
Dustin A. Kanagy, 32, 8190 Center Union Road, Huntingdon, sentenced Aug. 3, 2018, to three to 24 months minus one day in jail and $200 fine for burglary, and $200 fine and five years’ probation for carrying an unlicensed firearm, filed by Blair Township police, Jan. 9, 2017.
David A. Consiglio, 28, 37 Circle Drive, Hollidaysburg, sentenced Aug. 23, 2018, to 24 hours to six months in jail and $500 fine for DUI: high rate of alcohol, filed by Hollidaysburg police, Nov. 18, 2017.
