Doctorates – Corey Sell and Samantha Anne Matchock
HERSHEY — Hollidaysburg native Corey Sell recently graduated from medical school with his doctorate degree from Penn State Hershey Medical School, Hershey.
Corey did his undergraduate schooling at Lebanon Valley College in Annville, where he earned his bachelor of science degree in biochemistry and molecular biology.
He will continue his journey in medicine at Wisconsin Medical College in Milwaukee, Wis., where he will be completing his three-year residency in emergency medicine.
Corey is a graduate of Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School.
He is married to Jessica (Scharf) Sell from Hollidaysburg and is the son of Tom and April Sell, also from Hollidaysburg.
Samantha Anne Matchock
ERIE — Samantha Anne Matchock of Ramey has received a doctor of pharmacy degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and will undergo PGY1 residency training with Geisinger Clinics West in State College.
Matchock is also the recipient of the Pennsylvania ASCP Graduation Award, which is presented to one graduate from Pennsylvania schools of pharmacy with ASCP chapters demonstrating excellence in provision of geriatric care.
She is a graduate of Moshannon Valley High School and Saint Francis University, Loretto, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in chemistry.
She is the daughter of Nancy and Ron Matchock of Ramey and is engaged to Jacob Kitko of Fernwood.
