Blair Regional YMCA Healthy Kids Day will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 26, at the Blair Regional YMCA, 1111 Hewitt St., Hollidaysburg.

This is a free community event that will be held rain or shine.

There will be a bounce house, petting zoo with pony rides, Martins Foods balloons and hot dogs, food from Panda Express, BrainFreezerz, fire trucks, Mending Hearts pups, obstacle couse, games, vendors with giveaways and activities and surprises for the whole family.

Portage library hosts events

Portage Public Library will host adult literacy programs with S&T Bank from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 24, and Tuesday, April 29. The babies and toddlers play group will be held from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, April 25.

Lunch & learn slated

Sexual assault awareness lunch & learn — Title IX & Beyond: Understanding Rights, Resources and Responsibilities — hosted by Family Services Inc., will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, May 2, at the American Legion Social Hall, 104 Dell Delight Legion Park, Hollidaysburg.

The event will feature Stephanie Poling and Amanda Avampato from the Title IX and Dispute Resolution Office of Point Park University.

The event is free; lunch is provided.
