Students at Frankstown Elementary in Hollidaysburg got a chance to choose a book from the school’s new book vending machine as part of a schoolwide positive behavior program. Students who get “caught” exhibiting traits including citizenship, perseverance and integrity, receive a golden ticket. At the end of the week, a student from each grade among the golden ticket winners receives a token to choose a book from the vending machine.
