Roaring Spring library announces April activities

ROARING SPRING — The Roaring Spring Community Library has announced its activities for April.

Library hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Note that all programming will be held virtually via the library’s Facebook page.

Preregistration for summer programming began on April 1. Call the library at 814-224-2994, email


springlibrary.org or message the library on Facebook to preregister.

Be Creative! Summer Art Camp will be held at 5:30 p.m. June 10, 17 and 24 and July 1 and 8.

The Write Stuff Teen Writing Club will be held at 1 p.m. June 15, 22 and 29, July 6, 13, 20 and 27 and Aug. 3.

Harry Potter-themed STEM Camp will be held at 5:30 p.m. July 15, 22 and 29 and Aug. 5 and 12.

Summer programs are sponsored by the Borough of Roaring Spring.

Magical Make Believe Story Time will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday. Join Miss Cortney and

some very special guests on the library’s Facebook page for Magical Make Believe Story Time. Revisit classic tales, new favorites and be transported to extraordinary places.

Each Thursday for the month of April, join Miss Cortney, Miss Andrea and Miss Vera as they teach you the colors of the rainbow in Japanese, French and Spanish. Also, be sure to tune in for special bilingual storytimes.
