Lydia Barton, 11, of New Enterprise started a blanket project to collect new blankets for Family Services Inc. in Altoona to use for people in need. Her project is called Wraps of Love and she donated the blankets on Dec. 23, right before Christmas. As of early December, she collected more than 150 blankets.
