The old Logan School in Juniata Gap served the Logan Township and Altoona area schools from 1930 to 1997. After merging with the Altoona District, the school was renamed Juniata Gap School and the Logan Area Junior High School in Greenwood was renamed Logan School. It was torn down after the new Juniata Gap School was completed to make a parking lot for that school. The photo was submitted by Leonard Alwine of Altoona, who attended this school from 1958 to 1964.
