Garver YMCA offers day camp

ROARING SPRING — The Garver Memorial YMCA is offering day camp to make sure kids and teens are adventurous, active and healthy this summer.

YMCA camp programs offer youth fun and unique experiences with an opportunity to explore the outdoors, meet new friends, discover new interests and create memories that last a lifetime.

“Summer day camp is an excellent way to ensure kids stay engaged socially, physically and academically throughout the summer,” said Rod Feather, executive director, Garver Memorial YMCA.

The Garver Memorial YMCA Day Camp offers outdoor activities, field trips, swimming, sports, arts, crafts, games and more.

Scholarship assistance is available to ensure that all youth have the chance to experience the YMCA camp program. If you’re interested in helping send kids to camp this summer, you can donate to the Garver Memorial YMCA, 820 Grove St., Roaring Spring, PA 16673.
