Six different environmental groups filed suit against PennDOT, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Federal Highway Administration about their choice of an 8-mile section of I-99 between Blair and Centre Counties. Blair Planning Commission Director Richard T. Haines said he thought the route chosen was a solid one.
