Previously scheduled for Sunday, Art Jive Two Paint the Town Street Party has been canceled.

The event was created to pour into the community a continued appreciation for the arts as a way to build community and to help fund the After School Arts Program (ASAP) and the Studio Arts Center.

Art Jive Two was a much-anticipated event. However, due to a multitude of scheduling conflicts with an increasing number of potential attendees, ArtsAltoona were unable to meet their goals for ticket sales.

While ArtsAltoona regrets the need to cancel this event and aims to make it an annual tradition, the committee feels that suspending Art Jive Two for 2019 is the responsible thing to do as a non-profit organization. It is their hope, however, that this will allow them to focus their efforts on smaller fundraising events and the After School Arts Program (ASAP).
