Kick-off for CACCC 18th Sustaining Fund Drive
The Community Arts Center of Cambria County launched the kick-off to its 18th Sustaining Fund Drive Wednesday. The goal is $35,000. This effort is one of the primary fundraising efforts for the Community Arts Center of Cambria County. The Sustaining Fund Drive contributes to the overall activities of the Center, including quality enhancements in our education department and serving a larger demographic through outreach initiatives.
This year, Karen Azer, vice president of operations, Community Arts Center Board of Directors, and Leonard P. Vigna, board member, Community Arts Center of Cambria County Board of Directors, are the fund drive co-chairs.
The annual fund drive campaign assists the center’s general operation needs, and because of these funds, the center can afford to offer free programming, support Outbound Art’s outreach initiatives, maintain utility costs, and contribute to additional areas of growth. The generous support of the Center’s Cambria County patrons defines the Center’s survival amidst a world of nonprofits.
The Community Arts Center is continuing to place an emphasis on the annual Sustaining Fund Drive. This includes an awareness campaign featuring the variety of artistic aspects that the Community Arts Center of Cambria County covers, and is currently expanding to cover.
The purpose of the Community Arts Center of Cambria County, a non-profit organization, is to support, promote, strengthen and interpret the creative, performing and visual arts through education programs, exhibits and special events.
