Hope Support Group, family members and friends who have been adversely affected by the addiction of our loved ones who are here to seek guidance and support. Suicide Bereavement Support Group for those who have lost a loved one to suicide meets from 6 to 7 p.m. on the first and third Wednesday of each month at UPMC Western Behavioral Health of the Alleghenies, 500 E. UPMC Altoona Faith-Based Grief Support Group meets from 7 to 8 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month in the chapel on the fourth floor at UPMC Altoona Hospital Campus, with Chaplain Paul Carter. For more information, call 814-889-2132.
Family Services Inc.’s Women Aware is a free educational support group for women who have experienced domestic abuse in their intimate relationships.
