Summer art thoughts

Hope you had a Happy 4th of July! It sure has a been a wet beginning to summer but it seems as though things are starting to dry out a little and feel more summery. Now, if it could stay in the 70’s and 80’s, I’ll be happy as I bet most of you will be too. I thought I’d share some of my art. Recently, I’ve put up a show at Tavern 27 in the Park Hills Golf Club. I have about 13 paintings hanging there till August. You can take a look at them in person and you don’t have to be a member to eat at the restaurant! Plus, there is a beautiful view. I have my butterfly series up and it looks great! You can check them out on my instagram page here and here.

Additionally, I’m selling prints and some other art works at my eBay shop! I have a lot of locally made artwork that is original and signed by me.

I would also like to thank Art in Common for their support and especially to Patricia Cheeseman for setting up places to display local artists. This makes it so nice to have local venues to display work.

As always, if you’re a local artist (and even if you aren’t local) let me know about your work/website and I’ll share it here on the Art Cafe!
