LOYSBURG — Everett improved to 10-2 overall with a 58-12 win over Northern Bedford in high school girls basketball action on Thursday.

The Lady Warriors, up 21-2 after one quarter, got 22 points, seven assists and six steals from Kaitlyn Maxwell. Teammate Madison Hicks added 16 points and 10 rebounds, which was her fourth straight double-double.

The Lady Panthers fell to 1-10.

“I was pleased with how we played defensively,” Everett coach Keith Moyer said. “Being on the road for the third time this week, we still seemed to have the energy to be aggressive.”
