Big second quarter benefits Bedford

BEDFORD — Bedford used a 13-2 second-quarter showing to defeat Chestnut Ridge, 60-36, and improve to 10-7 in high school girls basketball on Tuesday.

The Lady Bisons got 21 points from Jaden Fuller, 19 from Amber Thomas and 13 points from Lindsay Shuke.

The Lady Lions got 10 points from Madelyn Hyde.
