Ridge gets payback on Tussey as Grubb nets 23

SAXTON – Tyler Wiley scored his 1,000th career point in the first half, and Jay Grubb fired in 23 points as Chestnut Ridge avenged a close loss earlier in the season by winning at Tussey Mountain, 51-48, in Sideling Hill League boys basketball on Wednesday.

Tussey Mountain made eight 3-pointers, getting 16 points from Parker Cornelius and 12 apiece from Patrick Black and Ryan Leonard, but it wasn’t enough.
