Athlete of the week achievement: Murphy delivered 13 service points, eight kills and five blocks in a 3-0 victory over Carmichaels in a PIAA Class 1A first-round match and then had 12 service points, 10 kills and five blocks in a 3-1 win over Cochranton in the PIAA quarterfinals.

Season update: Murphy is the kills leader on the team with 204 kills, block leader with 117, and she is second on the team with serving points at 183 with 23 aces.
