Athlete of the week achievement: Krug helped Bishop Guilfoyle to three sweeps over Johnstown (34 assists), Richland (27 assists, 11 service points) and Bishop McCort (47 assists/16 points) as the Lady Marauders improved to 7-0 and earned a No. 8 state ranking.

Season update: Krug has recorded a team-high 379 assists and 84 service points. For her career, she has accumulated 2,775 assists.

Most influential person on my athletic career: My parents (Danielle and Donald), Bob Kasun, Miss Potopa, Mr. Evangelisto, Joe Skura, Sen Thach and Mike Kraft.

Proudest athletic achievement: Reaching 2,000 assists and winning the District 6 championship

How I got my start in volleyball: “I started volleyball in seventh grade when my friends and I decided to try out for the team.”
