Athlete of the week achievement: Michina won the Class 2A triple jump with a leap of 36 feet, 10 inches and also finished second in the high jump and long jump in the 92nd annual Jack Roddick Invitational at Shippensburg University. She also won the high jump and triple jump in a quad-meet with Central Cambria, Richland and Bishop Carroll.

Season update: Michina has the best high jump (5-2) and triple jump (37-1.75) in the area and the third best long jump (17-1).
