Athlete of the week achievement: Goldstone won the 50-yard freestyle in 24.36 seconds and the 100 free in 54.27, was part of the 200 medley relay that won in 1:55.06 and the 400 free relay in 3:49.91 at the District 6 Class 2A Championships, leading the Lady Bearcats to the team title.

Season update: Goldstone is unbeaten in the 100 free and once-beaten in the 50 free this season.
