Athlete of the week achievement: Imler pitched six innings of scoreless ball, scattering six hits while going 1-for-2 at the plate with an RBI in last Monday’s 3-1 win over Huntingdon in the PIAA Class 3A semifinals. In Thursday’s 8-3 championship game win over Holy Redeemer, Imler was 2-for-2 with a double, two runs and a stolen base.

Season update: Imler was 10-1 with a 0.90 ERA, throwing six complete games for the Scarlet Dragons. He also hit .286 with 18 RBIs. Central finished 24-3.
